Pitch Perfect will provide you with valuable skills designed to help you promote your product, idea or service to investors and consumers.

The workshop will take you through constructing and practicing your pitch, as well as critically evaluating both yours and those of others. It will also touch on basic presenting skills.

 

Workshop Objectives

This introductory session will:

• Provide you with basic models for structuring your pitch
• Help you distinguish between a good pitch and a mediocre one
  
• Enable you to sell your ideas & promote your company with confidence
• Pitch easily to people who are experts or in positions of authority
• Teach you basic presenting skills
• Improve influencing skills

This 3 hour session is designed to be the first step in pitching, and can be followed up with a more in-depth 1/2 day pitching session that will allow participants to practice and tweak their pitch.

 

 

About Diana Lowe...

As a networking coach, Diana Lowe is passionate about helping others achieve confidence through developing and improving upon their people and communication skills. She has a background in IT, Finance, and Sales. In 2003 she received a BSc in Logistics and International Business.

 

Diana has worked with the Chartered Management Institute, Women in Management, and Westminster Business Council to help them understand and develop their interpersonal and networking skills. She works with entrepreneurs and a variety of business professionals such as accounting and IT professionals to increase their business opportunities through networking. She provides a range of services from speaking, workshops, one on one coaching, and group coaching.

 

Qualifying as a trainer through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Diana runs high-energy training sessions with a range of professional groups, young entrepreneurs and business associations.

 

Diana has recently teamed up with an award winning public speaking champion and international impact coach to run two exciting programmes that will transform professionals’ communication and confidence.

Tickets for events at TechHub and sold through Eventbrite are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

1. In the event of a sold out event and where we are able to resell the ticket (TechHub will not be liable for unsold tickets);
2. In the event of postponement of the event, where your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date or you will be entitled to a refund;
3. In the event of cancellation of the event in which case a refund will be made.
